The School of the Arts, English and Media is situated in the Faculty of the Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities. The School offers higher degree research programs at Masters and Doctorate levels, and four undergraduate degrees: the Bachelor of Communication and Media, the Bachelor of Creative Arts, the Bachelor of Journalism, and the Bachelor of Performance and Theatre, with wide-ranging study areas within these disciplines.
This Career Development Fellowship (CDF) fixed-term appointment will contribute to learning and teaching, research, and governance within Communication and Media at the School of the Arts, English and Media. The position is designed to provide the successful candidate with opportunities to develop their educational practice and enrich their experience in governance and service at an Australian university. This is a teaching intensive position and to build the candidate’s research profile in one or more the following areas: Digital Communication and Media, Digital and Social Media, and Screen Media Production. This position includes a minimum of 20% of the total workload allocation for research.
This position will be offered at Level A or B depending on level of experience.
