A detailed grasp of higher education issues, particularly the debate around admissions and access, would be a distinct advantage. This is a hugely varied and demanding role for someone who will relish the challenge of working for an ambitious, globally pre-eminent university while building strong connections with key players and opinion-formers in the higher education field.
