Permanent/continuing, full-time appointment

Level B: $107,177 – $123,775 + 17% superannuation

The School of Computing and Information Technology is seeking a full time Lecturer in Information Technology to provide development, teaching and research for courses and disciplines in the School. The candidate is expected to be research active in the area of Information Technology and its relevant cross-disciplinary areas to align with research within the School.

The Lecturer in Information Technology is required to be experienced in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students in the relevant areas and be able to teach a range of topics within the School of Computing and Information Technology. The candidate may be required to teach outside standard business hours, teach offshore and in other locations.

The successful candidate will be expected to have a national reputation in Information Technology and its relevant topics, innovative teaching experience, an established research profile and a demonstrable commitment to positive change.
